Judson brings 25 years of healthcare experience to OTS. He held leadership positions at an opioid treatment program (OTP) for 16 years and has extensive development experience in opening OTP treatment centers that expanded critical access in rural Northern California. Judson graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Psychology.
