Joe Cuello joined OTS in 2023 after a varied career across technology startups, media, and education. His passion for empowering others to find success motivated his pivot to People Operations in 2018. Joe has served on the Advisory Board for UCLA Center for Autism Research and as an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon’s MEIM Graduate Program. Joe graduated as a McNair Fellow from the University of North Texas with a degree in Painting / Drawing and holds a Master’s in Education from Azusa Pacific University.
