Steve joins OTS with over two decades of managed care and insurance industry experience as a legal executive. Most recently, he served as Director of Contracting and Legal Affairs at Centene Corporation. Throughout his career, Steve has counseled health plan and life insurance companies on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters to identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risk and address how laws and regulations impact operations and strategic business goals.
